It’s hard to quantify, but one of the benefits of advertising in Coffee News is simply the positive association people have with the paper.

The businesses that advertise in it are not spamming anybody. Reading Coffee News is a voluntary activity, by thousands of loyal readers each week.
Readers have a lot of affection for the good news in it – so the businesses in it are presenting themselves in a positive context.
We get entries in our “Find the Little Man Contest” every day – lots of them. Stacks of real mail and lots of email. The emails go to my wife, Alicia. Sometimes, when the notes are nice, or funny, or unique, she forwards them to me. We promise not to share this information, but I don’t see a problem with sharing a few of the notes (without names). Everybody who enters the contest goes into the drawing, but we love hearing the comments. Here are a couple of notes we got in entries just today:
“I read Coffee News all the time. I love the trivia, quotes, did you know, and horoscopes!!”
“Congratulations on your 3rd Anniversary of this publication… Keep Up the GOOD Coffee News…”
Earlier in the week, we got these nice comments:
“I love reading the Coffee news. If I see one at the many different places that have them, I always pick one up. I always find the “coffee man” but this is the first time I’ve emailed.

I really enjoy reading “Coffee News”, it is unique and so different from anything I’ve ever read before. And the distribution of it to the restaurants and different businesses makes it even better. The Quotes,What’s Happening,Trivia, is the BEST…Oh! and the contest, finding the coffee man is fun too. Keep Up the Great Work. Love It…
